Double wall board consists of a B and C flute sandwiched between test and kraft liners.
Our corrugated board is sourced from responsible and trusted suppliers. Made from 80-90% recycled material.
Fefco style 0201, flaps top and bottom to be secured with tape.
Try our environmentally friendly Eco Tape for a neat finish and will provide a truely green package.
If you cannot see a suitable size we offer a bespoke service so your product fits perfectly in the box avoiding unnecessary void fill.
Our bespoke service caters for both short and long run requirements.
A variety of grades of double wall also available for bespoke boxes.
Our stock range is 125KTBC, 200KTBC and 300KTBC.
Stronger grades available with minimum order quantities.
Bespoke corrugated and foam fittings can also be supplied providing extra protection.
We are also able to make large die cut boxes when more complex designs are required.
Pallet boxes, large postal boxes, divisions, layer pads and buffers can be manufactured.
For all die cut work a cutting forme may be required at additional cost.
Our 3 metre roller press is able to make short run large die cut boxes.
Bespoke boxes can also be printed 1,2 or 3 colours. Minimum orders will apply.
