It is obviously of great importance that vinyl records are packaged correctly.

You can stick all the fragile labels you like on a box, but lets face it, if its big enough to throw around the postal sorting office then you can bet that is exactly what will happen.

Available in 70mu premium, biodegradable and double laminated (superior protection)

Sandwich between two corrugated stiffeners for greater protection.

It is obviously of great importance that expensive vinyl records are packaged correctly.
Corrugated stiffeners will provide extra protection when shipping vinyl records.
Slipping inbetween 12 inch and 7 inch vinyl records will cushion them from any impact during transit.
320mm x 320mm single wall corrugated board and 180mm x 180mm single wall corrugated board
Single wall corrugated board is approx 3mm thick

It is obviously of great importance that vinyl records are packaged correctly or you’ll face the consequence of an angry customer as their rare LP of Pink Floyd arrives in pieces (those who are not a fan may say that this would be for the best of course).

However, a little bit of time on choosing the best packaging can save alot of trouble and of course, happy customers which means repeat business.

You can stick all the fragile labels you like on a box, but lets face it, if its big enough to throw around the postal sorting office then you can bet that’s exactly what will happen.

So Makkipak has produced a range of packaging which we believe will help ensure your vinyl record survives the rigors of the postal system.

Our vinyl LP bubble bags will certainly provide excellent protection and if it’s a valuable LP, your customer will certainly appreciate the additional care taken. You can then sandwich this between two of our corrugated stiffeners.
